Candidates were spread across the UK. The ProfileXT was included as part of a multi-stage recruitment process.
Benchmarks were set for each role and then candidates sat the psychometric test before the final interview. Specific interview questions were generated where the individual did not meet the target benchmark. This enabled the client to "drill down" into any possible problem areas by asking questions.
