Assessment centre for 36 candidates (both internal and external) for selection to join development programme leading to Regional Director roles.
Candidates were spread across the UK and most worked within the client already at Branch Management level. The ProfileXT was included as part of a 3 day assessment centre.
They were assessed using psychometric tests against a benchmark created from three existing top performing Regional Directors. Those candidates who had the best percentage "job fit" were then considered for inclusion on the senior management development programme in conjunction with their performance on other measures.
Project was concluded on time and on budget.
