Large Food Manufacturer Recruitment of specialist staff

Client wished to maintain high quality psychometric testing capability but without the need for specialist level A and B trained staff.

Client required the ability to set up and administer assessments across multi-site locations without the need for all administration to go through the only person who was trained in the previous "old" system.

In the absence of this person, or if they were busy, delays occurred.

Client had also previously experienced the loss of an expensively trained (£5,000 plus 2 weeks out of the business whilst training) assessment administrator and thus access to assessments when that person left the business.
