Client operates across the Russian market from headquarters based in London. They wished to improve the effectiveness of their recruitment process in order to reduce failed appointments.

Client wanted to match candidates to proven high calibre staff and thus predict similarly high levels of performance if recruited.

Candidates were sourced on a global basis and client staff travelled throughout Russia. Therefore an online solution with true global flexibility was needed. At the same time first rate psychometric assessment was an essential component in the brief.

Non-psychometrically trained senior partners needed to use the system and it therefore needed to be easy to use too.
